This is in the Gtst section, but if you ask me they look like any regular ebay style dumps to me.
Traction is optional, so are zipties

HKS make similar looking dump / outlet pipes.

You want a bellmouth type of dump / outlet pipes from HPI (High Power Improvement) or similar manufacturer (Nismo, etc).

HPI dump / outlet pipes -

    Cost, diameter, etc -

They aren't cheap, but you pay $$$ for good quality parts.

You'll probably need a website translator to read it if browser doesn't automatically translate website.

HKS is one of the only companies that make dump pipes what look like that. Hard to tell from that pic though if they are authentic.

His and ebay. Even if they are hks that design has been proven less efficient than the tomei style. Quality will be fine from hks, not good if ebay item.

The single bellmouth dump / outlet pipes are bigger with diameter which is what you need. The twin pipes run a small diameter main pipe (similar diameter to stock dumppipe), with smaller pipe for wastegate that's aimed at wrong angle into main pipe.

Here's a Japanese tuners opinion on those types of dump pipes and what he recommends from his experience -

Is he saying that even with boost set on just actuator pressure or 0.5 bar that it creeped to 1.3 regardless? Could that be why my boost goes to ~8psi which I believe is the actuator pressure for the turbo I have, and then at higher rpm it creeps to around 14+
