    rb25 into r32 question

So I am planning on a rb25 swap this spring and was wondering if the ecu pin-outs need to be changed for injector 4 and 6. I know that that's the only difference between the wiring of the rb20 and 25 (except for the variable timing) because with the Haltech Platinum Pro, it can be used on all r32/33s but for the rb20det and rb25de you need to swap pins 112 and 114. Would I need to swap them after doing the engine swap or leave them the same?

is it a series 1 or series 2 motor. If its a series 1 like mine your in luck. Use the rb20 computer, wiring harness etc. Almost a direct drop in swap.

I won't be using a factory ecu. I will be using the Haltech Platinum Pro. The one thing that confuses me is pins 112 and 114. for the rb25, pin 112 is injector 6 and 114 is injector 4. That is the same as the pins on the Haltech. BUT the rb20det and rb25de are the opposite, so when installing the ecu on one of those engines you need to swap those pins on the wiring harness. So I'm assuming the wiring for pin 112 goes to injector 4 on the rb20 loom and then 114 goes to injector 6. So I'm thinking just do the engine swap normally and then do the pin swap too? Or am I wrong on that

I know the pin outs are the same for the rb25 s1 and s2 and its pretty much identical to the 26 as well

hey i just finished my swap using a power FC ecu and all i did was swap injector 4 and 6 pinouts but what im wondering is would you need to swap the ignitor as well like cylinder 4 an 6 because im using the rb20 ignitor and coil pack loom on my rb25 as the rb25 ign and loom dont fit the rb20 harness
