help mounting headlights

i was told by rockette in august to get 90mm hella highbeams, they finally arrived but i think hes dead lol i know hes a busy guy so no worries but i need help cause i havnt got a reply, is there anyone that no's how to mount the brackets, if i cant get the projectors going i might just do accord lights because i dont wanna keep buying temp insurance, ive been buying 2 weeks at 240 a pop for a few months id rather have 12 month insurance, any help is greatly appriciated

lol he aint dead, he just doesnt seem to come on here anymore...I dont know what the deal is, he owes me a set of headlights for a deal with also, I have his number just need to call him.
