    First off.. i would try to another Autoplan..
    Someplaces just have no clue..

    Second.. if that doesnt work.. just make your own Document..
    I jsut use word and make Bill of sales up, this might now be the most Legit way of doing it.. but Hey sometimes you got to do it to get over ICBC and there crap..
    Third..
    I dont know what this B3 form is.. so i cant help ya there..

    What im going to do.. for my car from Adam..
    is just make a Bill of sale out from "Person on Export Document"
    Adams contacting company..
    I have done this before works fine..

    Let me know how it pans out.

    ahhh the ******** of other autoplan brokers.. I always go to Marine Drive superstore and the autoplan there insured my first two skylines without any issues. They look at the vin # (when it was required) checked for DOT lights, side markers, DRL and that was it.
