r32 from canada to cali

ok i got a question

im looking to pick up a r32 for track use only as the track is about 10 min from my house. I live in cali and i was wondering if i could just drive to vancouver not that far from me anyways pick up a car and just drive it back?

im just wondering if the border will let me pass it would be in a inclosed trailer im not going to register it or anything?

having no paperwork is worse than paperwork. If your serious about it, and 100% deem it a track car, have the seller in Canada declare the vehicle a total loss, dismantle. then its easier to enter for track use.

easiest way would be to drive it across the border with the canadian owner driving.
