Tutorial to legalese R32 ??

I know here, in Québec, laws are less stiff than you guys, in vancouver and the west. But still.. I would like to install a third brake light, red rear corner light and yellow front corner light.

Do GTRC have some tutorials with pictures ??

** By the way, is there a ways to do the red corner light without doing hole in the body?
