tickets for exhaust

I got pulled over on young and finch the other night
and the cop gave me two tickets for no front license plate and loud exhaust

the plate I understand
but the exhaust thing
he said it's too loud but I told him to proove it and he was just bullsh343ing about comparesion between his cruiser and my gtr.
it syas unneccessary noise or somthing like that

Do you think I can win the court ?
Because he deosn't have the DB proof.
and What is the legal DB the exhaust can have.? in Ontario

Those tickets never stand up in court. It's just like you said, no DB proof...Just fight it in court.
