Ontario insurance companies

Hey, I browsed the registration and insurance thread but couldn't find what I need.

I'm looking for a company that will insure a Skyline as just a pleasure vehicle (secondary car) for me, however everywhere I have called either won't insure RHD or wants a perfect driving record, I have a minor speeding ticket from 1 year ago and a 1/2 at fault accident from 4 years ago - no license suspensions or insurance cancellations, I don't think it's THAT bad.

I'm sure not everyone here has a perfect record, so who's the magic company?

Alot of our clients use 'Silver Wheels' for their Z32's etc. I use this for my Z which was appraised/insured for $60,000.00 replacement.

They do have some criteria which you have to meet. I recommend having the car appraised as well and getting a 19A policy (non-depreciating) if you qualify under the criteria.

Other than that it's a matter of calling brokers etc.
