Hey guys, i need a quick answer here.
I lost my license a month ago for speeding, its a 3 month prohibition.
Now I have a court date on may 3rd were im disputing a too many passenger ticket ( i was the DD ). I know that once you get your license back your on probation and cannot get another ticket, but what are the rules for when your prohibited? Should i plead guilty now and hopefully my license doesnt get taken away again or for even longer?
ANY help would be nice, and by the way I live in BC.

I have my N
and my birthday was Feb 14 and I didnt receive anything like that.

im currently disputing my 6 points on my license for driving with undo care and attention from my accident over a year ago...

my friend got into this same circumstance...make sure you make a note that you need your license for work and such and get a few references...

The ideal thing to do is to plead guilty realize that you have done...but say WHY you did it and WHY it was the right decision to make and plead your case...typically the traffic courts are lenient around this matter...

what ever you do do not play the OH I DONT DESERVE THIS BLAH BLAH BLAH card...just be aware that you technically broke the law but it was for the safety of others...

also if the officer/crown does not show up your excused...

basically just ask for a lighter penalty....but be accountable for your actions do not deny that you broke the law...the minute you do its out the window and your suspended and owe the fine...

If you were a DD that should help a bunch. Play up the service you did for the community at large and you should be OK. The cop must have been a d1ck because he should have let you slide on that one.
