Exclamation Seeking Advice - Manitoba Roadside Inspection Failed.

Alright so i got pulled over last night on sunday night cruising (Winnipeg, MB) while i was driving 50 in a 50 zone and only 5 mins away from my house. A cop who hates ppl with RHD cars comes, pulls out a clipboard, and proceeds to do a roadside vehicle inspection. It failed in a few places. I now gotta go get it inspected at MPI insurance which is a legit inspection station that harshly goes over every detail. But im only worried about one.

Tint 8%- that i can peel off
straight muffler - put a baffled muffler on
Non dot head lights - stick my accord lights back in
Suspension too low - raise my coilovers
Non DOT seat belts - ????????????????????

Seat belts is the only thing i'm currently worried about. I got till Nov 1st to voluntarily bring my car into an MPI inspection station to get it inspected and passed.
If i don't do this MPI will flag my VIN number so it can not be registered again.

Now i'm weighing my options and am seeking some advice. What should I do? If i need new seatbelts installed im sure thats BIG $$$ to do. Should i....

    a) Part out a perfectly good running car which has some good mods
    b) Sell it to another province (Are they able to register it there if VIN is flagged in MB?)
    c) Order some VIN plates from Japan and sell it here as a "freshly imported car".
    d) cough up BIG $$$ to fix all the compliance work. Then sell it

    What do you think guys?

Keep the car, man. Don't let cops push you around. I don't think you'd have much of an issue with seatbelts, since they came with the vehicle, and have not been modified. I'm not 100% sure how MB is, so I'm not sure if that should really be any issue. Go with foxracingcanada004 though!

the shitty thing is that me and Rush were cruising like 20 mins before that then i went my way he went his and this happened on a non busy road and bad things happened more then what he posted (dont wanna go into details) and this was just some cop that did the inspection which he had no right to because he had no reason to even pull him over

could you not just fight this and then complain about the officer who pulled you over while you weren't doing illegal. wouldnt that fall under some sort of harashment on the officers part? there is no ban yet for RHD and (i could be wrong) but im pretty sure there is no such thing as suspension being "too low", how can that be any cause for a road check? ive seen civics that can barely make it over a speed bump and never heard of anything like that, id be fighting it for sure

they give tickets for the dumbest things they do this so called push test they try to push your car down and if the suspension doesnt move 2 inches then its illegal
