    it has none of the above... imagine that... and like i said its a winter ride, and i dont really give two shits about it, my gtr on the other hand i do care about and had i not been going to school in less than 2 weeks i would have had it on the road all summer but chose not to so i can save and have an easier time financially at school...

    so, unless you have anything actually useful to this thread that helps the op with his questions about BC regs you should just stay silent...
