About LinkBacksi dont know why, but they said they wont insure it unless it has an appraisel form, and some type of modification form. And even so, they might not insure it. Any ideas? im in calgary alberta by the way.

yeah all companies want an appraisal because there is no book value for skylines

Most companies want an appraisal on a car once it hits a certain age anyway its nothing new.
If you still have complete control of your car you are not going fast enough!
the mods list thats kinda odd, maybe to see if you have any "illegal" mods of mods like NOS where it's legal to have but the insurance company will not cover you
i'm getting a apprizal done on my car as soon as my CF hood goes on, so that they know what it is worth

cooperators here in edmonton i know has insured one 16 year old on 2 seprate GTR's with full coverage

Im a member of AMA and they insured me on the spot, and i got full windshield coverage no questions asked, give them a shout
Yeah. I have mine insured through AMA as well. It took some talking to get them to insure but wasn't THAT bad. (No glass coverage though).

funny... SGI in Saskatoon quoted me 88 dollars per month on my Skyline GTR and all I said was "how much a month to insure a 1990 Nissan Skyline GTR?"
