Single din alpine man. Double Din are more likely to get stolen as they are not hidden as well. I will stick with single din

Thieves would take anything they can. Single or double din. It doesn't not matter. That sucks if the choices of mods is dictated by the fear of someone trying to steal your ****. That's a sad concept.

no i havent tried but imo i think it would look stupid to have the deck that high. only thing i would change is just get a short shifter just to be outta the way more but as the way it is now i love it

Thieves show no concern when they want something, that's for sure. They completely ignored the large letters saying,"coded security protection" on my old head unit and ripped out the back seat of my daily(sunfire) to get the amp rack that was bolted to it...I've also seen dashes that were pried and smashed with tire irons to get head units out!
