    i have a aftermarket oilcooler
    i need to remove it to install FMIC, if i remove one hose from oilfilter to oilcooler what do i have to do
    do i have to drain all engine oil? will it be messy??
    someone in Vancouver wanna come help me ???

    Shouldn't be too messy, it's not like oil just SITS in there, there may be SOME... but nothing that draining the oil would get rid off.

    It's like pullling a head... if the engine has been sitting, oil will only be in the sump, (stuff will still be OILY, but there will not be large quanitites of oil sitting in the cooler)

    You can just play it safe and wait until you do an oil change if it makes you feel more comfortable.
