gtr tuning help. to be owner soon

hey guys, i'm sure this has been covered, but i cant seem to find it. andways. not a very hard question as alot of you guys are very good with tuning your rb26's, so what i would like to know is. what would be the stage 1 tuning guide be for a stock gtr? what parts would i need to achieve 400awhp??? all inquiries are much appreciated. thanks guys
