Veilside ECU

I came across a Veilside tuned ECU, it's tuned for something other than stock. I know usually you can't tell what they're tuned for, but this one has something written on it and I was wondering if anyone knew what it means or if it can tell you what it's tuned for? I searched Google already without any luck.

It has the Vielside sticker in the center, then at the bottom, handwritten it says "VS-R32 Type-II N9"

Any ideas?
