oil catch can diagram

i came about of a diagram showing a nice set up of a oil catch can for the gtr, but i cant find it anymore, i just bought a cusco oil catch can and it came with Japanese writing and poor diagrams depicting where i should set up the lines

from my understanding, there are two lines running from the catch can itself, one line connecting to the intake pcv, and the other to the exhaust pcv, then plug the two ports off the head, is this correct? actually a diagram would be nice lol too
