Any GTRs around Moncton?

I was just wondering if any of you guys are already around Moncton, or are planning to be in the next weeks. My G sensor is busted and I'd like to find someone with a healthy G sensor so that I could make sure it's the only fault in the system before buying another one.

Also hanging out with other GTRs would be cool.

I have a GTS-4 with an RB26 in Moncton. I'm getting close to the end of an engine rebuild that is about 3 months behind schedule. Should be up and running soon.

As far as I could tell I was the only one around here that was daily driving a skyline... There are a few around(and a couple of REALLY nice ones) but from what I can tell they mostly sit in a garage.

JDM Ricer, they say there's a chance of thundershowers... but I guess I could take the risk of getting her wet at the Fun Run if there's other guys from GTRC around.

As for the G sensor, collector240sx helped me out, his parked GTR spared its G sensor for a quick diagnostic.

Dude I think that's a great idea! Got some turpentine or glue remover and a scraper at your place? I've stripped out the ugly little foam pads under the rear sound proofing and they left some residue. It would be nice to get it off before going there.

Oh and my folks brought my parts in btw Anytime you have a free weekend I'll pay you back for your trouble if you want to help me.

I'm pretty sure I still have a plastic dollars store scraper blade ( the scrapper to remove safety stickers) lol,
might still have the better all metal one if it's not rusted to hell.

Man, I just checked and I was sure I had a gallon of thinner and some other things hanging around here
somewhere, and I can't believe this but the only thing I could find is a SMALL TINY 170g spray can of
professional strength label & sticker remover. lol Should work still work tho.

Don't worry we will find time do put those on your car, always glad to help someone out.

you can drop by anytime tomorrow, I'll probably be either cleaning some parts or trying to sort the mess
in the shed.

There is a link for East Coasters if you do a search for "Skytimers". There is been numerous discussions about a get together out here but no one has headed anything up as of yet.
I'm considering putting together a meet (probably a track day/driving school) for next year if I can get work to leave me along for a couple of months.

I didn't forget about you, but I think the issue is that we need an initiative. Like someone needs to say -this date, this location, no discussion- and then we try to make it happen. Obviously using a 3 day weekend would increase the chances of people making it. I didn't know about the Fun Run before 8pm saturday lol!
