Needs to be a good tuning shop with knowledge of vi-pec.

Curious to see how this is going or went. Are you running V-44/V-88/VPNG?

If you are really looking to know the Vi-PEC rather than just getting it tuned I would reccomend contacting Precision EFI. Sébastien Guay has been to NZ to meet owners of Vi-PEC and does in class sessions on how to tune the Vi-PEC. As he also tunes the LS3 powered FD3S race car my team runs and we have never had any tuning issues.
