rb25det S2 Stock oil warmer?

my rb25det S2, I purchased a oil sandwich plate and was looking to maybe remove the stock oil warmer or what should i do with it?
I re did the cooling lines but thought i could delete this easier as for the sandwich plate but seems more complicated

I guess question is
Do ya keep it (even tho the oil sandwich plate warms the oil)
Or do i get rid of it (if so how)
or do i leave it installed but not hooked up

i would keep the oil warmer in place and hooked up as it helps with getting up to running temperature quicker then install the oil cooler, if that's what your doing, on top of that.
