The 1st Part of my project consisted of reviving the interior.

For Steaming Interior Carpets / Upholstery
Bissell Little Green Cleaning Machine (Non-Heated / Turbo version)
Shark High Temperature Professional Steamer (w/ Upholsterly Attachment)
    Diluted Oxyclean
    Generic Bissell Upholstery Cleaner
    Elbow Grease

    Interior Cleaning / Dressing
    Heavily Diluted Oxyclean
    MrClean Magic Eraser(s)
    Misc Interior Brushes for Vents
Stoners Invisible Glass w/ Newspaper for Interior Glass.
    Optimum Interior Protectant

Basically I started by removing the ENTIRE interior. With the interior out I could get into the tougher spots easily and work on removing the smoke smell. I started by completely steaming and extracting the headliner. Being that smoke rises, the headliner was pretty gross. After I was done with it, however, it looked pretty damn clean and smelt pretty good!

The marring and swirling were bad enough that I basically had to start with a compound (heavy cut polish) and work my way up...Here are some before / afters pics.

        BEFORES

        AFTERS

I've since topped it with several LSP's from Menzerna FMJ, to Natty's Blue. It's hard keeping this Black daily driver clean tho!!

I've ordered some new Italian leather handbrake and shift boots for the interior. I'll also get the small portion of leather on the actual handbrake re-wrapped as well. Black leather, black double stitching. I didn't want anything crazy like blue stitching etc. This will keep with the clean OEM look I've got going on in the interior right now.

I've also ordered a set of 6000K H3C bulbs (very white with a small hint of blue) since my nice set of PIAA's took a shitter on me. If these bulbs go quickly I'll just drop the cash and do an HID retrofit.

I'll update with pics in a week or so when I've got everything done.

                        WOW.

I think your car after a weeks worth of driving is still cleaner than right after I've (tried) to clean my car.

When you clean the engine bay with the steam and power washer, do cover-up certain bits?

I prepped the car for our meet the other day, and thought I would post a pic of the process.

                            Exterior:
-Very light cut polish (removed 3-4 months of very very minor washed induced marring)
                            -Sealed again using Menzerna FMJ
-Topped with Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax
                            -Stoners IG on the glass.
-Stoners Trim Shine on all the exterior trim and front cowling
                            -E1 Tire Dressing x2
-Stoners Trim Dressing on all inner fenders
-Mother's Chrome Polish on the Exhaust

                            Interior:
-Quick Vaccum and spot cleaning w/ steamer for trouble areas.
-All plastics sprayed with Optimum Protectant Plus. Spritzed with Meg's Interior QD just for smell.
-Stoners IG on all interior windows as well.

I was really impressed by the Pinnacle Souveran Wax. I've used tons of different boutique paste wax's, but Souveran is a cut above the rest. At $90 for an 8oz tin of the stuff it's very pricey, but well worth it. IMO. It's really only for black and red cars though. I wouldn't use it on a daily driver or car that hasn't been prepped properly, as it won't be able to use it's true potential.

The pictures really don't do the wax justice. It was overcast at best during the day, and really hard to capture it's reflectivity and depth. I'll try to get some better pics in the future

I forgot to post the interior LED Guage Cluster conversion pics in here, so here it is. I was VERY hesitant in doing this. I hate doing anything remotely "ricey" to my car. I prefer a very clean look, so I debated this one for awhile before doing it. In the end, however, I decided to do a blue guage cluster conversion to match the light emitted from the Stereo deck. Here it is:

Guage Cluster & Deck Can been seen in this shot:

                              Guage Cluster Only

I posted a very detailed "How-To" on the subject some time ago, so if you would like to do this, please view that thread.
