I believe its an advertising campaign for the Falken RT615 tires. They are testing them out and posting vids of it on the site.
Can't say the vids really impress me, but the site design is great.

You are correct, Falken has tied on several performance cars and are touring many tracks through-out Japan. I enjoyed the clips and aswell the site was immaculate in my opinion.
