which turbo we talking about ? 2530 ? 2535 ?

this with stock head gasket on the RB20 ? or do you have an RB25 swap ?

I am aiming at similar numbers and seeing your build-up gives good idea what to buy

Spikeone, the turbo is a Garrett GT32. I beleive it's a 50 AR....

Stock Rb20 head gasket.

My goal is 400+ wheel horse power. this winter we will be making an equal length top mount exhaust manifold, and a front mount intake plenum, like the GTR has. this should increase the volumetric efficiency (sp?) to allow me to lay down 400 or more. the GT32 turbo is good for a claimed 520 CRANK HP, but it's close to 450 which is approximately what I'm making at the crank now.

PM me if you need any other advice. I work at a tuning shop and we have a few cool programs that I can calculate what parts you need to make a goal HP level.
