WowBump for an Amazing Thread! I got lots more to read now!!
Hey guys, I havn't been on here for ages but stumbled accross this thread so thought I'd say Hi.
We won the NZ championship with "old faithfull FED" and we are rearing to go for that 6 when our season starts again in November.
Once again the V8 boys had a moan about having a 6 cylinder beat them at their own game so they asked me to help re-write the rules to even things up, I made a submission of what I thought was fair and they have accepted it so now our 3000cc 4 valve efi engine is classed as 4200cc when racing against guys with pushrods and no efi.
I wanted to go up a class or 2 as we were already running quicker than the V8s in those classes but they wouldn't let me....quote "because your engine is too small" what a joke.....so I have started this:
