    friday night at race city

last friday went down to race city in calgary to see what my gtr would run
and i was lauching at about 4000 to 5000 rpm and was running about 14.1
then towards the end of the night i tried launching from about 6500 and i ran about 13.9
i only have hks exhuast from turbo back and a hks intercooler, stock boost. I was happy with the 13.9 i was only exspecting about a 14.1

do you have a twin plate clutch??

such hard launches will kill your clutch fast watch out

    good times you got there

What MPH did you get? What was your 60' time?

    Post up the full slip.

alway thought the GTR would be faster, like 13.5 or 13.6...must be the weight...

    Still, it's a good start

they were when they were out of the factory

thee a claim that a 13.0s run was acheived back in the early 90 with a completly GTR

but that was with a car that didn't have 15 years + of driving

so 13.9 is still good I figure

was it a hot humid day/night. ive made close to 1 sec better times on better air, without any mods or tuning.

that is on a turbo civic not a gtr. but turbo is turbo.

You were happy with a 13.9? That's what im aiming for in my gts-t, right now it's doing 14.4's with just intake & exhaust.
