i just bought a MINES ecu from a member on here...
is this TOMEI rated better or worse for USDM driving? 94 octane concern.

Mine's has sold thousands upon thousands of Stage ones ECU's (700 CDN new) and heck, quite a few of my customers around the globe run them with out a glitch. Just dont cheap out on the fuel and you will be safe!
