    this is a brand new item.. comes with collar and two grub screws to mount.

    this item cures the r32 gtr crank issue with oil pump failure at high rpm.

    you can either spend 800-1000+ shipping for an r33/r34 crank or buy this and get it installed on your crank for 90% cheaper!!
