Does the third one still have the stock headlights kicking around, or are they long sold? Also, if they are sold, are they irreperably converted to the DOT headlights?

headlights are sold, the DOT package has the OEM headlight wires cut.. but there is nothing stopping you to reconvert it back. everything can bolt back together and wires can be re-cut back to stock headlight wires etc..

would you consider selling one of the cars with no rims and tires, front seats, and entire front end for deal for a project car?..We are in the works of a new project and yes...the r34 conversion...and some other goodies.
