What I do: I Print billboards, that's just what I do! I'm trying to get into time attack on the side. Once apon a time I bought a 89 gtr. All was peachy until I spun a bearing and blew the motor after tracking it once. I bought another motor to build for cscs, then bought a fully built motor off of a shop, then realised I can't afford the money for the wheels, tires, fuel, brakes for the class the car would run in. So now I'm trying to sell it all and get a silvia for the cscs street class!
That's me!

Age: 36 (Older than some small trees!)
Location: Detroit. I am very close to Windsor, Ontario, and will request items be shipped there for ease of customs.
About me: I currently own a 1995 Nissan 240SX. Engine is an R33 RB25DET (Hence my love of this forum). As an American, I can't own a Skyline legally, but I'll be damned if they won't let me have at least a Skyline engine. I am building it as a S14 with S15 front end. Currently the engine is in about 9 boxes as I haven't completely started reassembly. Looking to break the 525WHP mark on the RB25DET with the RB25 Transmission.
Very much looking forward to learning a LOT from this forum. Thank you all for having me.

Hello and thanks for the great source of all things RB info
I've been a car enthusiast for many years.I've had show, and I've had go.Started out with a V8 55 Ford, and grew up with many SBC's in Camaros and Novas, and several BB Impalas (575HP, 456 gears, 4spd super T-10).When my kid bought an Rb20 powered 240SX, I thought it was similiar in performance to my 1989 Corvette convertible. So, I built one, and drifted it several times here in Victoria.
In January, I bought a 1990 GT-R that was up in Courteny for $4K, a blue one. Unfortunately, it needed a head gasket, and a little paint work.I've got the block and head sitting at Pro-power Engineering, making sure there were no cracked parts, and no warpage to the head.Block only required a fresh cylinder honing, and 2 days in the HotTank to remove the Barsleaks or whatever crap the previous owner used to cure what looked like a poorly torqued head.Crank will get a polish and oil pump drive sleeve, and new ALC Race bearings (thanks Brody).Cometic 86mm X .075 gasket and ARP studs.
I've searched the many posts for engine build posts, and can't thank you all enough!!
Can't wait for another day at the track.....
