OMG 7:29 on Nurburgring

i don't know if every1 has heard but the gtr ran in at 7:29 on the nurburgring....

9 seconds faster then the previos times (previos times were in the wet)

its not the v-spec its the base jdm model http://www.egmcartech.com/2008/05/01...e-nurburgring/

I commented on a video of the new gtr and i got at least 10 replies saying how it was a v-spec and others saying that the zr1 is way better.... no Porsche guys but one guy who didn't believe me that the r35 beat the 911 turbo on track

I encourage everyone to find a video on youtube of a z06 or a zr1 and praise the r35. It is hilarious reading peoples ignorant replies. Almost every time you'll get some1 who wont let go of the 1/4 mile times... because thats the only type of motorsport in the world

Yes the 7:29 is for real and the basemodel GT-R is no joke.

Funny how pissy the cheerleaders of other makes are but fail to realize when they talk smack about 997TT, GT2 or Z06, ZR1. Why? Because they are not comparing apples-to-apples if they start chiming in about 1-2 trim levels above the base model?

The R35 GT-R is the basemodel and the V-Spec has turned a casual 7:25 on the ring during its shakedown pass! So for the idiots:

GT-R (7:29) > C6, 997......(Murcielago, Veyron)

GT-R VSpec (7:25) > Z06, 997TT......(SLR 722GT, Konigsegg, Murcielago, Veyron)

GT-R (7:XX) > ZR1, GT2.......(Carrera GT, SLR 722GT, Konigsegg, Murcielago, Veyron, Pagani Zonda etc etc etc...)
