Interesting read! I wonder how much truth there is to that article, as with most speculative pieces in car magazines. I can't imagine Nissan not knowing what the current tranny is capable of, and tuning it so close to the limit in the standard car. I'm still hoping the new Spec V is every bit the revelation that the current R35 GT-R has proven to be.
