No other mods apparently - here is the info posted on youtube:

"This is our 100% stock R35 GTR in full trim and a full tank of pump fuel - the only modification made was the addition of the Haltech ECU, the full stock exhaust is still in place."

If you check the video it seems that it was launch control run. I'm guessing (yes, guessing) the driver didn't have it up to 4500 rpm when the tree went green and that was the delay off the line. But hot damn - that thing flew.
