WTB: Winter Car

Hey guys, looking for a winter beater.
Requirements:

- Must be a Japanese make (Honda, Acura, Toyota, Nissan, etc)
- must come e-tested and certified
- Budget is about $1500, give or take a little bit, not looking to buy a brand new car here
- if it has winter tires then awesome, if its 4WD/AWD even better!
- Prefer manual, but if auto then no problem as well
- Please no RHD
- 1995+
