97 BMW 528i + money for skyline

My brother is trying to get rid of his bmw 528i for a skyline, the car has 184,000km and a few problems... nothing that effects the driving of the car and no engine issues whatsoever, just typical bmw/mercedes type issues.
All receipts for work done are available.

- Heated seats, steering wheel
- Power everything
- Leather (perfect condition)

- Driver window needs new window actuator ($125)
- Sun Roof wont open
- AC doesnt work
- Draw on the battery somewhere, battery dies randomly, alternator and battery have been tested and are both good. (I should be able to fix this tho)
- Driver door lock cylinder Broken











If someone is serious I could potentially get alot of these problems fixed.
