Well I have a spare engine that I am parting out. Tranny is sold. Engine had 102k on it. (1990) Engine is clean and had no problems, other than the damn bearings.

Everything else is still available except the bottom end.

Hey man whats up.

I was wondering whats the condition of the turbo? How are all the seals, any shaft play, knick on either of the impeller blades and so on?

I think I may have blown the exhaust oil seals on my turbo as periodically I blow out some blue smoke but only on high rpm up/down shifts. As such, yeah I guess I will need a new turbo. I don't need the lines or elbow, just the actual turbo it's self.

Anyway I don't want to pay a fortune on a used stock turbo but at the same time, don't want to lowball you with offers. If you could, toss me a PM with your asking price and we'll talk. :wink:

well the crank seems to be ok, one rod is bent, one piston is hurt. The block itself is ok but internals would need to be replaced.

As the turbo, it seems to have normal shftplay for its age. Im using the turbo that came with the new engine, so this turbo would have almost 100k on it. It ran fine and the blades are in good condition. You can have it for $75+shipping if you want, or I might be able to deliver/meet ya if you wanna see if first.
