Turbocharger Quick Spool Valve - PHR has them in stock!

This is simply the cheapest item on the market to get you more power and response out of your turbocharger that everyone would love to have. Now again I said cheapest. Of course you can get the NEW Billet Turbochargers but those aren't as cheap as a QSV would be!! Now this valve is about 3/4" Thick which for some people could push the turbocharger in a way of it hitting something and causing trouble but that is the only downfall.

This is a Mild Steel T3, T4 or T6 Flange with a butterfly setup in 1/2 the flange to cut off partial air flow at low boost / RPM's to create velocity to push the motor faster creating faster spool.

Simplest way to explain it is what happens when you squeeze a water hose? the stream of water goes further! Get my point?

Forever everyone has looked for the answer to do more, get more out of their car, gain spool, more power. Now you have the answer!

Again this is a universal item for the MOST PART, you WILL need a DIVIDED TURBOCHARGER and a NON-DIVIDED MANIFOLD. If you have a divided manifold and a good fabricator, he would be able to make it undivided by modifying it just slightly.

Now this flange is to BOLT to the top of your manifold, you CANNOT weld this to your manifold because it will warp and the shaft going through the flange will lodge and not be able to function.

There are 2 options for control of this VALVE.

    1. Electronic Boost Solenoid
    or
    2. Hobbs Switch

There will be a group buy for this but will need 10 or MORE people to get in on the purchase for the special offer.

    NORMAL COST:
    QSV - $499USD
    Hobbs Switch - $115USD
    Boost Control Solenoid - $90USD

    GROUP BUY COST:
    QSV - $465USD
    Hobbs Switch - $100USD
    Boost Control Solenoid - $75USD

It'll make the bigger snails spool earlier, like the smaller ones, but preserve the top end.

I was talking about cobraAA's comment. These only work on twin scroll turbos and low mount twins aren't twin scroll.

How do these hold up to extended high egts? Like road racing? Any track cars running them yet?
