    Has anyone here know where or heard from BigBlueR32 (Raymond Dahan) lately.

    I sent him the money for the CF hood and grill he had for sale over a month and a half ago and the last pm i got from him was 3 weeks ago saying the hood was not shipped yet.

    I'm just wondering if anyone knows him or has talked to him. I want my parts.

                Agreed. I don't think his actions are entirely appropriate, but at the same time the last message he sent was honest in him admitting your piece hadn't be sent out yet.

                None the less I hope everything works out. And I hope nothing tragic has happened, as we did lose a member or two this season did we not?

                I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason for all that's happening.

                  I know Ray personally and unless he's done a complete 180 as far as his morals/personality there should be a good reason for this, it's just a shame you haven't found out what that reason is yet.

                  It sucks about the long delay, but I would be truly surprised if you ended up getting "scammed". I'm sure in the end you will have your part or your money, like I said though it's just the long delay that's going to leave a sour taste in your mouth.

                    My benefit of the doubt goes as far as the 45 day paypal gives you to file a complaint. I hope nothing has happened to Ray at the beginning he seemed like a really nice and was prompt with his PM's, but like I've said the last time i heard from him was the 30th of aug.

                    Those of you that do know Ray can you please ask him about this, I dont want to have to resort in contacting paypal to get my money back.

                      lol... guys you don't know anything about the situation. AFAIK this was a thread created to contact him... not bash him

                      The last PM you got was saying it wasn't shipped... so maybe he's had some family issues lately?.. or a friend died... I don't know but it's not like the guy said it was shipped when in fact it wasn't

                        I agree. This is just a thread to find a way to reach the guy. I've done the same thing often. I normally wait 1 month if there's no sign of shipment or replies when the money was sent way back. Hopefully the guy is alright.

                          You do make a very good point, this thread wasn't started to bash the guy, and although it wasn't my original intention, I did give him a good bashing. And without know 100% of the details, which is why I chose to remove it. I did, and still do hope nothing has happened to him or any of his friends or family.

                          Disclaimer: The rest of this post is not directed at anyone specific, its just my opinion. I hope nobody is offended because that is not my intention.

                          But in most cases x number of weeks is a long time to wait for information regarding why your product hasn't been shipped, or why your money hasn't been returned. If I am selling something (assuming I'm not to injured to use a computer) people will be contacted if some out of the ordinary situation comes up, even if doing so doesn't seem very important at the time. For example (not selling something but..) When my father died last year I could've just packed my stuff and got on the plane the next morning to go home. But I spent much time writing an email to each of my professors explaining why I would be missing assignments, and a midterm. Because ultimately in the long run even though it sucked having to do that, it made life easier when I could return to school and not have to explain my actions. And thankfully nearly ever member and sponsor I have dealt with have been great for communication.

                          Anyway its late and I've babbled on far to long.
