  • Heater/Motor Clicking

    Hey guys,
    this happens about 75% of the time i turn on the heater. a clicking noise starts coming from the motor. any idea what might be hooped?

    I get a clucking from my heater but only when I turn it off not sure if this is related but I'll just piggy back on this thread hopefully they are a related problem

      If you're not sure where's it's coming from it could be your injectors, some are known to click like mad. Not sure if it's a bad thing or not. If you're sure it's coming from the heater, could be the climate control kicking the ac in, but that is a single click.

        is it in the blower motor? maybe theres a twig or piece of a leaf stuck in there? take it out and check

          It could be almost sounds like the flaps are just having trouble opening or closing... Sounds like it's coming from right behind the two vents in the middle of the dash.

            Check behind your deck if the climate control wires got pushed into the actuator. Mine did and clicked and stopped movig aswell

                Wow I do believe that is exactly what it is I'll do that on my days off thanks alot guys thank god fir this forum puts my mind at ease.

                  ya, let us know how it goes. the diy is for an r33 so have no idea if its the same or not.. but should be similar
