im gonna go out and say speed didn't play a part in the initial accident, but the 257 cars behind had no chance of slowing on a wet road.

at least it wasn't russia, i saw a video where people were crawling out of their cars with no legs. others who thought seat belts were gay did faceplants at 150. no medical help to be seen it was pretty scary.

I saw one accident on TV (caught on Autobahn camera's that monitor traffic flow) that was a Mercedes exiting the motorway on a sweeping corner, go through the bush/trees, didn't hit one tree and came back onto Autobahn. Has to be seen to be believed. It was like part of a movie, but for real.
