17" Impul R5 wheels (tires on wear bars and the rims could use a cleaning/maybe re-clearing)

The bad
-Rear wheel wells rusty
-Front drivers side fender looks like someone dinged it and tried to fix it themselves (see pic)
-Hood is missing paint where supposedly the previous owners friend put a hot drink on and when lift the paint came off too.
-probably time for a brake job
-those balding tires
