  • Weird question but need answers

I hear the United States is legal for R33's now and you can get great value selling them there. How would one go about this? Does anyone have any ideas or has done it or known somebody to do it?

    Thanks.

Post a for sale and wait for some hits. Whoever told you they were legal would know for sure.

How are they for sale then on craigslist? Do you maybe have to get them done here first to pass all safety regulations then they register them there? Not sure lol

Because they will do anything for a quick buck, regardless of being illegal.

They may be state legal but they are not federally legal in which case if the gov't so desires they can show up and crush your car. There are some Motorex R33's which are a grey area as Motorex faked some safety trials to get them legalized then got caught went out of business and those cares are in the states and are also in the same boat: state legal however not federally legal.

Many cars less than 25 years old are brought in and state titled. The state may recognize them as legal, but the federal government certainly does not as they aer illegally imported.
