I've got a SSQV II BOV (the newest one) sitting in a box. Has 200km on it. Didn't like the sound. That's if you cant' find the parts you need.

I don't see any of those parts listed, sorry. Blow off valve parts only come with part numbers that begin with 7 or 9. If it's an older BOV than the parts may not be available anymore.

Wow, those are antique!
The Super SQV racing valve are pretty much out of production now, and I think these were the ones before that. Unfortunately HKS Japan does not list any replacement parts for these BOVs, perhaps HKS USA can help.
