    Looking for an engine builder

Hi guys, I'm looking for an engine builder. It's not that I can't it's that I want something that experienced pros can do and what me and other weekend car guys can't do as well. Pricing and goals are what I'm after but no backyard mechanics, thanks.

Goals are 500whp on 91 shell or 94 mohawk and anything more with water/meth injection. Located in Northern Alberta.

Turbos are twin 2860-5 (up to 360ps each). Mild port/polish, HKS/ferrea or tomei springs, r34 crank, one of the top 2 carillo rods (still purchasing), 86.5 or 87mm JE/cosworth or tomei pistons, power enterprise/cosworth/ nismo or tomei bearings, ARP L19 head studs, tomei gasket it, tomei type B cams/gears, ATI 600+hp crank damper, nismo waterpump, tomei oil pump, RIPS or PHR high capacity oil pan, nismo twin plate clutch... the list goes on.

Is 550whp doable and fairly reliable on this while keeping safe AFRs? RPM limit wouldn't be over 8k... N1 block is possible but many people make way more power on stock blocks. ECU is VIPEC so tuning is down to 1 choice.

Looking for some quotes and prices from respectable builders, I have 3 in mind right now. Lightspeed, Z-tune or Silverstone. Please no comments, good or bad, about shops unless it's by PM, keep this clean please.

I pulled the engine, I put it back in unless auto transport without the car running is easy/not costing an arm.

The engine is on the stand now, being taken apart, getting ready to ship or drop off the block once things work out. Reliability is a must so I'm not building this myself, I need pros. I'm looking for the tear down, inspections of block/head/other parts, machine/prep work (head and block), measurements, balancing, assembly and break-in procedures. Expecting to have the engine in a builders hands by the end of february. Thanks.

Hey Franc, just saw your thread! Your goals are definately achievable, but I would strongly suggest water meth injection if you're running 91 octane.

I'll send you a PM about it. Shipping is only about $100-150 each way.

Here's a dyno of what we did on Curt's car on the Mustang dyno (so add at least about 15% to compare to dynojets). This was at 26PSI.

FINAL CLEARANCE! EVERYTHING MUST GO NOW!
    USED PARTS!
    NEW PARTS!
