How come there is not many nsxs coming in?

I was wondering how come you see all kinds of cars being imported but not any nsxs? Are they as expensive there as they are here? People were paying 35k for r32s back in the first years of importation so the price wouldn't seem like a problem! Are there not many used ones available? Any ideas?

Ps: I know I could order one, I'm just wondering how come they are not available here before anyone orders, like the supras and r33 etc.

Supras and skylines are dime a dozen in the world like civics in canada where NSX aren't as many maybe? I rarely see any or hear of many.

They hold their value pretty good no matter where they are. There isn't much of a price difference between LHD and RHD so not really a point in importing an RHD

well i'd agree that there isn't a huge price difference, there still is one though. I looked into it a while back, and the mark up here is significant compared to getting a RHD if you do you homework and import it yourself..

..I think it comes down the crowd that drives the car though. Not really a major tuner car, its pretty complete the way it is and appeals to the 100k club.

    IMO anyway

^^ 100k club as in earning 100k a year or bringing home 100k after tax?
If I get where I want to in a few years, and earn that 100k, I wouldn't buy an nsx! GTR all the way, unless I jump into a used c6z before then!

If your looking for a auction grade 4 or 4.5, 5 spd from Japan your luck to pay under $25-30,000 after importation. Which is basically on par with LHD models from across N.A.

For some reason they made WAY more auto NSX's in Japan than North America so mint condition 5 speeds in Japan are pricey and hard to find!
