They do not include the rails, those are extra.
They would fit most asses regardless of girth. They are pretty much the same size as Bride Euro IIs.

Hmm i think ill pass but i have a set of universal seat rails to mount them to r32/r33/r34/s13/s14 nissans . I bought them for a set of sparcos that i didnt end up using , i'll sell the set for $150 if someone needs them !
