So where are you guys getting painted now?

So now that MW Racing is no longer, where is the current good paint deal? I need the Miata painted and so far have found a place called A-Class Paint and Body in Surrey. I was quoted $1200 for a base/clear with a single pass over prep (blocking once). And no other major body work.

1200 for a full exterior paint job is a ridiculous good deal. I work at a paintshop and we charge 2500-3000. All depends on how much you want to spend and if there's any damage anywhere that needs to be fixed. Blocking isn't needed unless theres bodywork needed. A good paintjob should atleast 2 coats of base and 2 full wet coats of clear, and usually they'll wetsand the whole car down once more after clear and re-clear over one more time to give you that clean deep depth look. =)

a friend of mine got her del sol painted at A-Class aswell before she sold it. Sounds like a good deal to me.

to be honest im not sure, but hey i see a bunch of broke ass drifters with new paint on there cars, so i guess they cant me that bad.
