Wheel Refinishing/ Powdercoating in the Lower Mainland.

Does anyone know of any reputable places to get my wheels touched up and powdercoated? I think I've heard Panther Wheels is pretty good, but their website is down.

is it curbed? or it is just scratched?

And what kind of wheel is it? If it is nothing expensive or rare, I wouldn't go refinishing it. It will cost $200 per wheel from panther or green to have them refinished.

Our shop gets greens to do them and i've seen a deepdish 5000 spoke rim that was curbed, lip bent, oxided fade u name it. Came back looking mint. But ya, as c-unit stated. Your looking at 200 min.

4 wheels . but it took him 3 weeks to finish them . he wanted to wait for more other stuff to get done with the same color . then refinish them all at same time

I used NewBrite in Langley for my Enkei's, they had OEMs (and I mean Viper/Lambo/Ferarri), $2000 a piece aftermarkets and BigRig wheels all on the go. Charged me $350 for 3 wheels to be straightened, lip welded and re-machined. Fourth one was OK, they said that I was looking at $600 to have the the fourth lightly touched up (lip had a tiny bit of rash) and all 4 bead blasted/repainted to whatever colour I wanted in base/clear Urethane.

The wheels are just curbed pretty much all the way around the two right side wheels. The previous owner could obviously not parallel park.
They are Work CR-Kai's and I would only need 2 to get cleaned up. But I'm not a huge fan of the gunmetal.. and want something a little more.... different..

If you want a good price on powdercoating, Rainbow Powdercoating is THE place to go.

He takes a while to get things done, but it's done extremely well and at a wicked price. I've dropped lots of objects on stuff he's powedercoated and they never chip. Whereas I've had stuff done elsewhere and it's not nearly as tough.

But for a good price you'll need to take your wheels to U-Blast in Langley and bead blast them first. He dosen't do that.

yes... I have a Miata. no... I'm not gay.

Is this another wheel refinish place or are you referring to Nu-brite in Surrey?

    http://www.nu-brite.ca/

Someone I know told me about Nu-brite. He used to work as a factory mechanic in a dealer and Nu-brite does jobs for many dealership (free pick-up and deliver too!). He had seen their workmanship and he highly recommend it.
