These guys have more experience than Autodream. For example Tuning Concepts tuned the infamous 7 sec Boost logics supra. Also Autodream can't tune the Vrpo

Tuning Concepts can tune the PFC. I'm sure Insane speed can do it too Give them a shout and see what they say

Thankx Ben for posting this up, Yea I will send him a pm either way. I wouldnt have a problem booking a couple days off even if my car was the last to get tuned.

I would never go to a "tuning" day. The tuner is not focused on getting the best tune for your car, since there is a time limit and more cars right after. A "real" tune takes a good tuner at least 5 hours. Hell, Zulu's GTR took longer and he had his car tuned by the Apex'i PFC god himself. The only place I can see a tuning day work is if it's for all the same car and all the same ECU, where the tuner has a bank of base maps to choose from for a baseline and then fine tune.

Personally I would pay the extra couple hundred dollars to know care was taken. Also, knowing what I know now, no one will ever tune any of my cars unless the know what "MBT" is and if they use detcans (earphones for listening to detonation).

Also, the prices they are proposing are ridiculous.

    +1

A good tuner who is rushed won't perform to his full potentials.

Also the price is ridonkulous. 1200 for a rushed tune? HA!
My Ctrl button has the 'C' scratched off it.

...Who said hes going to be coming for one rushed "tuning day"? He's staying as long as it takes and is getting paid for his time... just like taking it to their shop. If you actually read the thread he will be there for at least 2 days to tune the 2 gentle mens cars on Beyond. More if there is others

Average tuning costs are $125- $200/hr depending on the shop doing it. And as you said a good tuner will spend the better part of a day doing it. You get what you pay for here. These aren't backyard tuners. Feel free to go somewhere else. Just posting to let people know there is another option
