Simcoe was founded in 1795 by Lieutenant Governor John Graves Simcoe.
Lake Simcoe was called Lake Toronto until it was renamed by John Graves Simcoe in 1793, not in honour of himself, but in memory of his father, Captain John Simcoe.

Depending on how my car is by June 10th I might be joining everyone on this cruise. In the shop right now with an oil leak. Im almost positive the valve cover gasket shrunk over the winter and has now broke. Getting it looked at and fixed right now. Also want to make sure there is no other damage and unsure of how long its going to be in the shop.
