Looks like MPI is taking her to court since they couldn't prove that she didn't burn her own car for insurance or some such. Seeing as the engine was in bad shape (possibly seized) when it happened, doesn't look very good.

look at the list and you should see SAINT JOHN?S , NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR.

Click and voila. Don't forget to add a picture of your car!
